Engagement Strategy
This type of campaign is less about the number of views and more about getting your videos in front of the right audiences that are likely to become fans. Better targeted ads will typically result in longer watch times and more likes, comments, shares, and subscribers.
In-Stream Engagement
There are 2 types of campaigns we'll be setting up in this module. The first is another "in-stream" ad. This campaign is very similar to the "social proof" campaign in the previous module. The main difference being that this time you'll target specific artist channels.
Discovery Engagement
"Discovery Ads" are the ads that appear alongside other recommended content. These ads do not show up automatically at the beginning of videos.
Viewers have to take an added step to watch these videos, which means much lower view rates... but much higher engagement from those who take the time to watch.
